I have been wanting to do heavy white slipcovers for some time now to use in the spring and summer months. Our house tends to be dark even with the newly painted white walls. Mr. Wells feels they are not practical for our family of five and two dogs. He obviously doesn't get the glory of a WASHABLE/Bleachable White! I know with so many of you out there with these lovely things they must not be too hard to care for! Is it worth it? Let me know.

  1. Oooh, I love that photo. very elegant.
We have cream slip covers - clearly we bought them pre-children - but actually they are very easily washed and I love mine....easy to accent them with different cushions and covers too.

  2. Sounds like a great idea. I am so tired of our sofa, I want to lighten it up!! The picture is gorgeous, I want to get a good book and jump through my computer screen right onto that sofa. I hope your husband isn't getting drenched in NYC, I just got back and it has been pouring!! I want some good Texas sunshine.

  3. I dream of white, clean slipcovers! Unfortunately, my husband believes that two dogs and two kids = disaster. So I guess I will wait a few more years, then take the plunge. But I am also curious if anyone out there is having luck with white.

Oh! I LOVE your purses! Would love to talk to you about purchasing one!
